I don`t know about you, but sometimes I just need something chocolatey..and when you`re in training, sweets are just not an option. Usually when I eat something processed or sugary, my body just wants more of it. Its like a drug habit that I can`t kick. I try and avoid indulging at all costs, especially to avoid the stomach ache and unwanted GI issues to follow. (*yuck!)
Through much trial and error, I have come up with a few recipes to quiet the voice in my head that says to go buy a candy bar and dig in, without taking away the deliciousness that I am looking for.
Every Monday I will be posting one of these recipes on my blog so that you can try them at home!
This recipe only takes 5 minutes…that`s right..5 whole minutes. Prep AND cook time. Woah..
